Full-Stack Mobile Developer (Flutter/Node.js) – Transit Logistics & Management App (Phase 1)

We are looking for an experienced, independent Full-Stack Mobile Developer to build Phase 1 of a B2B multi-tenant logistics and fleet management system for transit associations. Important Note: This is a lean, fixed-price MVP phase ($1,800 USD max based on milestones) built strictly for independent senior developers, not agencies. Automated bot proposals or bids exceeding this budget will be ignored. What we are building in Phase 1 (No consumer passenger app yet): Admin Web Panel: Global management for transport lines, parameterizable free-trial counters, and central database ledger verification for manual top-ups. Owner/President Mobile App (Flutter, iOS/Android): Multi-tenant login, vehicle registry (moto, taxi, bus), digital balance view in USD, and community fund modules. Station Controller Tablet App (Flutter, Android): A touch-optimized terminal interface where station operators scan vehicle QR codes, manage a FIFO queue in real-time, and process dispatches with instant fee deductions. Backend & Ledger: Node.js + Supabase/Postgres. We use a local Ledger database model for instant operational speed, backed by Base L2 smart contracts only for critical events (monthly subscriptions at $2.00/car, 2.0% cash-out fees, and USDC deposits via Privy embedded wallets linked to National IDs). Requirements: Proven experience with Flutter (mobile) and Node.js / Supabase (backend/ledger). Basic understanding of Web3 integrations (Privy, EVM/Base network, or smart contracts) is a strong plus, though the core is heavy logic, queue management, and clean mobile UI. Ability to work independently under a fixed-price milestone structure.
