Laravel Developer Expert Needed for AI Powered Speaking Practice Module

We are looking for an experienced Laravel developer to build a custom AI powered speaking practice module called Lingua for our online English learning platform. Our platform is currently built on Laravel and we want to bring our students' speaking practice activities in house rather than relying on a third party tool. Here is what we need: A speaking practice module built directly into our existing Laravel platform Two activity modes: a roleplay mode for intermediate and advanced students where the AI takes on a character and holds a real back and forth voice conversation with the student, and a listen and repeat mode for beginner students where the AI reads sentences aloud at normal speed, slow speed, and normal speed again and the student repeats after it A teacher dashboard where instructors can set up activities, choose the mode, write the scenario or instructions, and set a time limit for each activity Voice recording for every student session that gets saved and is accessible to admins directly inside our platform A full admin reporting section so we can track which students completed activities and review their recordings without logging into any external system
