Python Developer for Quant Options Chain Scanner (Barchart API & Pandas)

I am looking to hire a Python freelancer to build a clean, standalone option chain scanning script. I already have the mathematical logic, parameters, and watchlists fully defined. I just need you to handle the data pipeline execution.The script will run locally on my machine. It does not need to execute live broker trades; its sole purpose is to scan, filter, and append successful mathematical matches to a local CSV log file.
