React + Supabase developer for internal business tools (ongoing, part-time)

I run a small AI consultancy in Australia. We build internal tools for business teams: operations and scheduling dashboards, sales platforms, CSV and API integrations, and AI assistants built on company data. I scope every project with the client and build the first version with Claude Code. I'm looking for one developer to help finish, harden and maintain these builds. WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE - Turning working prototypes into production-ready apps: auth, row-level security, edge functions, tests, deployment - Integrations with business systems (Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Xero, job-management exports, CSV imports) - Bug fixes, dependency upgrades and QA on staging - Larger features, quoted at a fixed price per job STACK React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind/shadcn. Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Edge Functions). Cloudflare. Vitest and Playwright. You'll use Claude Code, Cursor or similar every day. HOW IT WORKS - One job at a time, mostly fixed price, some hourly - You work with me only, never directly with clients - All work on staging, through pull requests. NDA before repo access - We start small. If it's a good fit, there's regular ongoing work One of the first jobs will likely be a Microsoft Outlook calendar integration (Microsoft Graph, multi-tenant Entra app), so Graph experience is a plus.
