We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who can become a long-term technical partner rather than just another freelancer. This is not a project-based engagement. We need someone who can consistently contribute across multiple products, client projects, internal tools, websites, AI implementations, and future technology initiatives. --- # Engagement Model This is a **fixed monthly contract** requiring dedicated working hours exclusively allocated to Papzod. Monthly Compensation ₹55,000 INR Fixed Per Month Dedicated Working Hours You must dedicate the following schedule every week: - Monday – Friday: **4 hours per day** - Saturday & Sunday: **Combined total of 6 hours** Total Weekly Commitment: 26 Hours The working hours should remain consistent and overlap reasonably with Indian business hours for communication and collaboration. This is not a task-based arrangement. We are looking for someone who will be available during the committed hours as an extended member of our engineering team. --- # Future Opportunity This engagement begins as a remote contract. After **3 months**, both Papzod and the developer will review the collaboration. If both parties are satisfied, the role may be converted into a full-time long-term position with revised compensation and benefits. --- # Role Overview You will work directly with Papzod's founders and own development across our technology ecosystem. This role is intentionally broad and includes work on: - Client projects - Internal SaaS products - Company websites - AI implementations - Business automations - Mobile applications - Infrastructure improvements - Future technology initiatives We are looking for someone who can independently make technical decisions, solve complex engineering problems, and deliver production-quality software. --- # Key Responsibilities - Own the complete software development lifecycle—from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance. - Build and maintain backend applications using Laravel, PHP, and Node.js. - Develop modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js. - Work on mobile applications built with Flutter and React Native. - Understand and maintain native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) codebases when required. - Convert Figma or other UI designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces with strong attention to detail. - Maintain Papzod's WordPress website, including themes, plugins, security, updates, backups, and performance. - Work with Shopify, WooCommerce, and other CMS/eCommerce platforms when required. - Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs, databases, authentication systems, payment gateways, and third-party services. - Build AI-powered features using LLM APIs and modern AI technologies. - Create workflow automations and internal productivity tools. - Effectively use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex. - Handle deployments, server configuration, Git workflows, SSL, CI/CD, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. - Manage releases for web applications and mobile applications on Google Play and Apple App Store. - Maintain technical documentation. - Collaborate closely with Papzod's leadership and future development team. - Recommend technical improvements and help establish engineering best practices. --- # Required Skills - 6+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong understanding of software architecture and system design. - Expert knowledge of Laravel/PHP. - Strong experience with Node.js. - Strong experience with React.js and Next.js. - Experience with Flutter and/or React Native. - Working knowledge of Kotlin and Swift. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Excellent frontend implementation skills with strong visual accuracy. - Strong debugging and problem-solving ability. - Experience with REST APIs, authentication, databases, and third-party integrations. - Experience maintaining production WordPress websites. - Familiarity with Git, Linux servers, cloud hosting, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines. - Practical experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex in daily development. - Experience integrating AI APIs and building AI-enabled workflows. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong ownership mindset. --- # Nice to Have - Experience building SaaS products. - Experience contributing to open-source projects. - Shopify and WooCommerce experience. - Experience with Jira or similar project management tools. - Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, queues, caching, monitoring, and automated testing. - Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, or Vercel. - Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. - Previous experience leading engineering projects or acting as the primary technical owner. --- # What We Are Looking For We value developers who: - Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions. - Think like engineers rather than task executors. - Can comfortably work across frontend, backend, mobile, AI, CMS, and DevOps. - Care about maintainable architecture, performance, security, and clean code. - Use AI tools intelligently to improve productivity without compromising quality. - Communicate proactively and transparently. - Enjoy working in a fast-moving startup environment. - Are interested in building a long-term relationship with Papzod. --- # Important Expectations Before applying, please ensure that: - You can commit to **26 dedicated hours every week**. - You will remain consistently available during the agreed working schedule. - You are comfortable working on multiple products and technologies. - You understand that this is a long-term collaboration rather than a short freelance project. --- # How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: - Updated résumé - Portfolio and GitHub profile - Links to web or mobile applications you have built - Your current location - Your total years of experience - Your strongest technology stack - Confirmation that you can commit to the required weekly schedule - A brief explanation of why you believe you are a good fit for this role We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term partnership, take ownership, and grow with Papzod.
