Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

I’m seeking an exceptional senior full-stack engineer who combines deep technical ability with strong product judgment, business understanding, ownership, and execution. This is not a ticket-taking role. I need someone who can understand the real objective, challenge assumptions, propose better solutions, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and deliver high-quality production outcomes. The ideal candidate is full-time, self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and accountable. They should be strong across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, architecture, security, testing, and deployment. They must be comfortable in complex, ambiguous startup and consulting environments. AI should be deeply integrated into their workflow, including research, planning, architecture, coding, debugging, testing, documentation, review, automation, and delivery. I run a software and AI consulting firm building custom software, AI automations, internal tools, and AI-powered products.
