Senior Healthcare SaaS Full-Stack Developer for Custom Telehealth Platform

We are building a custom telehealth platform to replace parts of our current third-party system. The platform will support: * Dynamic patient intake questionnaires * Conditional medical questions * Patient accounts and portal access * Stripe checkout, subscriptions, and renewals * Beluga API integration for provider review and prescriptions * Pharmacy fulfillment and shipping integrations * Patient status tracking * Admin dashboards * Role-based permissions * Audit logs and secure handling of patient data We are looking for a senior full-stack developer who can help with discovery, system architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This is not a basic website or form-building project. The developer must understand healthcare workflows, API integrations, payments, security, and production SaaS systems. ## Required Experience * 7+ years of full-stack development experience * Healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or medical SaaS experience * React, Next.js, and TypeScript * Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or a similar backend stack * PostgreSQL and relational database design * REST APIs and webhooks * Stripe Checkout, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and failed payments * Authentication and role-based access control * HIPAA-aware architecture and PHI security * Audit logging, monitoring, retries, and error handling * AWS or Azure deployment * Docker and CI/CD * Technical discovery and architecture documentation Experience with Beluga, Bask Health, pharmacy APIs, prescription workflows, or 503A compounding pharmacies is highly preferred. ## Initial Responsibilities * Review the current patient and operational workflow * Map system modules, permissions, integrations, and data flows * Review Beluga and pharmacy API documentation * Define the MVP architecture and database model * Prepare a detailed scope, timeline, and implementation plan * Build and launch the approved MVP * Provide documentation and ongoing technical support ## Please Include * Relevant healthcare or telehealth projects * Your role on those projects * Technologies used * Experience with Stripe subscriptions * Experience with patient portals and medical questionnaires * Experience integrating provider, prescription, or pharmacy APIs * Weekly availability We are looking for a long-term technical partner who can take ownership of the platform from discovery through production.
