Senior Laravel Full-Stack Developer - SaaS CRM

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Laravel Full-Stack Developer to help us fix, optimize, and improve an existing production SaaS CRM platform for a food service business. The platform handles orders, staff management, inventory, sales, and daily operations. Main Tasks: Fix slow order processing and optimize Laravel/MySQL queries Improve dashboard performance with pagination, query optimization, and Redis caching Debug unreliable order status updates and business logic Fix role/permission issues Improve real-time inventory synchronization Fix inaccurate sales/reporting calculations Resolve mobile/responsive UI issues Refactor problematic areas and improve code quality Tech Stack: PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Redis, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs We’re Looking For Strong Laravel + PHP experience Advanced MySQL optimization skills Solid full-stack/frontend experience Experience with SaaS / multi-tenant platforms Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience with production systems and performance optimization This is a production-critical platform, so we need someone who focuses on root-cause fixes, clean code, proper testing, and safe deployments.
