Trading Platform Developer

We’re looking for an experienced developer to help us build and improve a trading platform. The platform will connect to market data and trading APIs and allow users to monitor prices, manage orders, and view their trading activity. What you’ll work on: - Build and maintain trading features - Integrate brokerage/exchange APIs - Display real-time market data - Implement buy/sell order functionality - Build trading history and portfolio views - Improve platform performance and reliability - Fix bugs and troubleshoot API issues Requirements: - Experience with trading platforms or financial applications - Strong experience with Python, Node.js, or similar backend technologies - Experience working with REST/WebSocket APIs - Good knowledge of databases - Familiarity with stock, crypto, or forex trading APIs - Clean and well-structured code - Good communication skills Nice to have: - Experience with Alpaca, Interactive Brokers, Binance, Coinbase, or similar APIs - Experience with real-time data and WebSockets - Experience with React/Next.js Please include examples of trading, fintech, or API-based projects you’ve worked on.
