Urgent Two-Page Brochure Recreation

I already have a finished two-page brochure that I need rebuilt from scratch so I can edit it freely later. The layout, imagery, fonts and overall look must match the original piece perfectly, but I also need to be able to request a few minor tweaks once the rebuild is complete...
