Walmart Marketplace Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Walmart Marketplace specialist to reactivate an existing seller account and prepare a medical consumer device listing for online sales. Our Walmart Marketplace account was previously approved but became inactive after an extended period without selling activity. We need someone who can determine the account’s current status, complete the appropriate reactivation steps, and ensure that the existing product listing becomes active, searchable, and purchasable. Scope of work: • Review the current Walmart Seller Center account and identify the reason for inactivity • Determine whether the account is paused, inactive, suspended, or requires reverification • Complete outstanding onboarding, verification, compliance, or account-setting requirements • Communicate with Walmart Marketplace Support when necessary • Reactivate the existing account without creating an unnecessary duplicate account • Review the existing product, SKU, UPC/GTIN, product ID, and catalog record • Resolve any unpublished, inactive, retired, suppressed, or incorrectly categorized listing issues • Optimize the product title, key features, description, images, and relevant attributes • Ensure that product and regulatory language is accurate and appropriate for Walmart Marketplace • Configure pricing, inventory, shipping, handling time, returns, and customer-service settings • Confirm that the product is publicly searchable and can be purchased successfully • Provide a written summary of the completed work and any ongoing account-maintenance requirements Required experience: • Direct experience with Walmart Seller Center • Walmart Marketplace account reactivation • Resolving inactive, unpublished, retired, or suppressed listings • Walmart catalog and product-listing management • SKU, UPC, GTIN, and product-identifier troubleshooting • Product-category and attribute mapping • Merchant-fulfilled shipping and return settings • Communicating with Walmart Marketplace Support • Experience with medical, healthcare, wellness, or regulated consumer products is preferred Please include in your proposal: A brief example of a Walmart Marketplace account or listing you personally reactivated Your experience resolving products that appeared in Seller Center but were not publicly purchasable How you would diagnose our account before making changes Whether you would personally complete the work or delegate any portion Your proposed fixed price and estimated timeline The access and documentation you would need from us The project will be considered complete when the existing account is active and the product is publicly searchable and purchasable, subject to Walmart’s approval.
