3D Bespoke Fireplace Mantle Design

I have attached a reference photo of a custom fireplace mantle I’d like recreated in 3-D. The final goal is a set of high-resolution PNG renders that capture the piece from key angles, but the underlying model should be fully detailed so it could later be milled or 3-printed if needed...
