AI Automation Expert Needed – Build Smart Workflows That Actually Work

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes automation, someone who gets genuinely excited about turning a clunky, manual process into something that just runs itself. If you've spent time building AI powered workflows, connecting APIs, or setting up systems that quietly save people hours every week, we want to talk to you. What you'll be doing You'll be designing and building automated workflows that connect our tools, apps, and data sources. This means integrating APIs across different platforms, setting up AI driven automations using LLMs or agent based tools, and finding the manual, repetitive tasks that are begging to be automated. You'll also be responsible for keeping these systems healthy over time, which means monitoring them, fixing what breaks, and improving what could run smoother. We're not looking for someone who builds a one off script and disappears. We want someone who thinks in systems, documents their work clearly, and can explain their automation logic to a non technical teammate if needed. What we're hoping you bring Real hands-on experience with automation, not just theoretical knowledge. You should be comfortable working with artificial intelligence tools in practical, applied ways, not just experimenting for fun. Strong API integration skills are a must, since a lot of this role is about getting systems to talk to each other reliably. Experience with system-level automation and scripting will also go a long way here. If you've worked with platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n, or you're comfortable writing Python or JavaScript to glue systems together, that's a big plus. Familiarity with LLM APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling is also welcome. Send over a couple of examples of automations or integrations you've built.
