AI-Powered Parent Communications Assistant

We are seeking an experienced developer or technical product consultant to assess, define, and help build the first version of an AI-powered parent communications assistant. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with AI applications, API integrations, email and calendar platforms, document processing, and consumer-facing SaaS products. You should be able to challenge assumptions, identify integration constraints, especially around WhatsApp and school platforms, and support the development of an MVP. We are developing an AI-powered product designed to help parents manage the large volume of information they receive from schools. School communications are often spread across emails, calendars, attachments, newsletters, messaging groups and multiple school platforms. Important dates, required actions and child-specific information can easily be missed. Our product will collect or receive selected communications and convert them into a clear, personalised summary showing: Important information Actions parents need to take Dates and deadlines Information relating to each child Clashes, missing information or potential watch-outs Our aim is to help parents carve through the noise and chaos of school logistics.
