AI-Savvy Web Designer for Basic Website Rebuild

We need a web designer to restore a very simple, defunct website, using a provided HTML prototype that was created in Claude, and restoring media to it. The site is media heavy, so a big part of the job here is scraping the old site to download all of the images and videos, and re-attaching/uploading them to the site in a more modern layout (ie: images should be viewable as a gallery, not individual URLs). The original domain expired (rememberingbilly.com) and I am setting up a new one (remembering-billy.com). It will be managed and deployed in Netflify. Once you have re-built the site, I will upload it to Netflify and deploy. Some of the media files on the old site were built in Flash and exported as SWFs. These no longer work, but I am curious if you are able to download the images files or know a way to convert these SWF slideshows into standard MP4 files that we can upload as videos. The rest of the files should be standard image and video files.
