The pipeline must utilize pre-built Apify marketplace tools—specifically the California SOS Scraper and the California Business Entity API. The selected developer will run custom automated queries against the registry using specialized CALICO access keys to extract complete spreadsheets. Second, the pipeline must automatically chain those board member names into an Apify Skip Tracing/People Finder Actor to enrich the records with their best current physical mailing addresses. Critical Deliverable (NO Phone Numbers or Emails Needed): The final output must be delivered in a clean Excel spreadsheet explicitly formatted for printing physical mailing labels via Avery or Microsoft Word Mail Merge. We do NOT want phone numbers or email addresses. We only require accurate physical mailing addresses.
