Build Accessible iPad Recipe App

Hi, I'm Annabelle, a Brisbane mum building Cook With Ease, an iPad app that helps people with disabilities, kids who are still learning to read, and anyone who learns best with pictures cook on their own, one picture at a time. I have a complete working web prototype with 8 recipes. I'm looking for an experienced React Native / Expo developer to turn it into a real iPad app and help me get it onto the App Store. I've attached screenshots of the prototype. I'll share the full working prototype link with shortlisted applicants so you can try every screen before you give your final quote. WHAT THE APP DOES (all in the prototype already) - Cover screen, then 4 big tabs: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks & Desserts - Each recipe shows ingredients and equipment as picture tiles, then short steps with a photo for each step - Tick boxes on every step and a progress bar - Built-in timers that must still alert when the iPad is locked - "Read it to me" (text to speech) on every step - "Helper time" badges on steps that need an adult or support worker - Metric and US measurements, bigger text and high-contrast settings - A "Kitchen tools we use" page with Amazon affiliate links - Must work offline once installed (all recipes and photos built in) WHAT I NEED - Rebuild the prototype as an Expo (React Native) app, designed for iPad first. - Store recipes in a simple format so I can add more recipes later without new code - Show me (in plain English) how to add a new recipe and its photos myself, and write it down as a short how-to. - Strong accessibility: works well with VoiceOver, large touch targets, clear contrast - TestFlight builds so I can test with families - Help preparing and submitting to the App Store OPTIONAL: please quote separately for a simple recipe editor (e.g., an online form or Google Sheet) that lets me add recipes without touching code. NOT NEEDED YET: user accounts, payments or in-app purchases, or a meal planner. These are for later updates. MILESTONES (fixed price, paid as each one is approved) 1. Recipe screens working on my iPad through Expo Go: cover, tabs, recipe lists and full recipe pages 2. Timers with locked-screen alerts, read-aloud, settings and accessibility 3. TestFlight build, plus fixes from my tester feedback 4. App Store submission support until the app is approved IMPORTANT - All code lives in my own GitHub and Expo accounts from day one, and I own the code. - The app is published under my own Apple Developer account. - The app, recipes, photos and designs are confidential and must not be reused or shared. - I'm not a developer, so clear, plain-English updates are really important to me.
