Build MVP: Automated court calendar + business filings site (public data only)

I need a developer to build a small automated website that republishes already-public government data: 1. County court calendars / hearing lists from official Judicial Branch sources calendars + public Portal pages) 2. New Secretary of State business entity filings (official public data / documented API or official weekly data feed — not a hacked scrape) 3. Optional: federal dockets/opinions via the CourtListener public API This is not a mugshot site, arrest-photo site, or login-bypass scraper. No CAPTCHA farms, no credential stuffing, no personal data beyond what the state already publishes on public calendars (typically names, case numbers, court, date, courtroom).
