Co-Lead AI Systems Architect & Full-Stack Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Lead AI Systems Architect & Full-Stack Automation Engineer to join Cire Homes, a full-service short-term rental property management company. We currently have an AI developer on our team building core tools. However, to scale our technology stack and accelerate project delivery, we need a senior-level engineer who brings high-level system architecture, full-stack development, and strong documentation standards. In this role, you will serve as a Lead Builder & Architect while working collaboratively with our existing developer. You will heavily leverage modern AI tools (AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, AI design workflows) to design, build, and document scalable cloud-based systems and end-to-end automated workflows. Core Skill Pillars Lead AI System Architecture & Cloud Engineering: Designing scalable, secure cloud-based software systems and integrating LLMs/Vision AI into core business workflows. Technical Documentation & Governance: Mapping existing architectures, creating clear API docs, system schematics, and SOPs to ensure maintainability. Workflow Automation & Integration: Connecting disparate tools (Google Workspace, PMS platforms, databases) into automated operational engines. Full-Stack Development with UI/UX Awareness: Building clean backend APIs/microservices and intuitive, user-friendly frontend interfaces/portals. Collaborative Engineering: Co-building alongside our current developer, dividing project modules cleanly, and driving joint technical success. Key Responsibilities & Project Scopes 1. Architecture, Documentation & Collaborative Co-Development System Mapping & Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation, architecture schematics, API specs, and workflow maps for all existing and newly built tools. Architecture Design: Partner with our existing developer to design modular, scalable cloud architectures and database models for our operational stack. Collaborative Leadership: Divide complex projects into structured modules, conduct peer code reviews, and maintain clean, organized repositories. 2. Full-Stack Cloud Portal & System Migration Spreadsheet-to-Cloud Migration: Co-lead the transformation of multi-tab operational spreadsheets into a modern, web-based cloud portal (e.g., using Supabase/PostgreSQL, Node.js/Python, and React/Next.js or low-code frameworks like Retool/FlutterFlow). UI/UX Design & Implementation: Design intuitive, clean user interfaces and dashboards for internal staff, vendors, and operational teams, keeping user experience smooth and frictionless. 3. Operations & Customer Service AI Automation Suite Property Operations Monitoring: Automate cross-platform checks for guest check-ins/outs, housekeeper schedules, and missing assignments. Turnover & Inspection AI Audit: Implement Vision AI workflows to automatically evaluate the quality and completeness of cleaner photo uploads in Google Drive against property standards. Google Chat & Workspace Sync: Build integrations using Google Workspace APIs to extract guest issues, tasks, and maintenance notes from Google Chat spaces and sync them directly with master task databases. Spreadsheet Task Engine: Develop background monitoring scripts to track repair velocity, task resolution speeds, and flagged items across operational Google Sheets. Email Intelligence: Create automated email parsing tools to ensure urgent inquiries from guests, vendors, and booking platforms are never overlooked. 4. Executive AI Assistant Engine Architect internal AI tools that aggregate daily priorities, summarize task statuses across platforms, and streamline executive decision-making. Required Technical Qualifications Architecture & Documentation Mastery: Proven ability to author clear technical specs, architecture diagrams, API documentation, and system onboarding guides. AI-Leveraged Full-Stack Development: Experience using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, v0, etc.) to rapidly prototype and deploy robust full-stack applications. UI/UX Design Capabilities: Experience designing clean, functional web user interfaces (Figma, wireframing, component libraries, responsive dashboard layouts). Workflow Automation Frameworks: Advanced mastery of n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier, along with custom API webhooks. Google Workspace API Suite: Direct experience with Google Chat API, Google Drive API, Google Sheets API, and Gmail API. AI & LLM Integration: Expertise in OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, or LlamaIndex (including function calling, structured JSON output, and Vision AI capabilities).
