Fix DisplayPort No-Signal Issue

My Windows 11 desktop refuses to send an image through the GPU’s DisplayPort. When I plug the monitor in, the screen stays black and shows “No Signal,” yet Windows still detects the display in Settings and in Device Manager... (Budget: €8 - €30 EUR, Jobs: Computer Repair, TeamViewer, Technical Support, Troubleshooting)
