Front End Developer for Figma

We’re looking for a Front-End Developer with a strong UI focus who can translate designs into polished, accessible, production-ready experiences. The ideal person will have: Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills, with a focus on clean, semantic markup and maintainable code. A solid understanding of web accessibility principles and how to apply them in day-to-day development. Experience following principles such as DRY, reusable components and established front-end best practices. Experience working from Figma designs and accurately translating them into responsive web experiences. A keen eye for detail, with a strong ability to honour the intended design across different screen sizes and states. Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality while still taking responsibility for the final output. A strong sense of ownership and accountability, thoroughly reviewing and testing their own work before handing it over to QA. Strong understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility and UI behaviour across devices. The ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers and QA, while being confident enough to flag issues or suggest improvements where appropriate. Above all, we’re looking for someone who cares about the quality of what they build, rather than simply considering the work complete once the code is written.
