Frontend Mobile App Developer – React Native (iOS & Android Deployment)

Project Schedule: 30 Days Core Development + Closed Beta & Store Submissions + 90-Day Post-Launch Support Job Overview We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to build the complete mobile application frontend for a specialized relationship and compatibility platform. Our backend (REST APIs, database, server infrastructure) is fully managed by our backend engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be building the complete frontend UI/UX, integrating backend APIs, handling local state management, generating production release candidate builds, submitting the application to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and providing post-launch support. You will work closely with the founder in ensuring the development is in line with the vision. Key Responsibilities Frontend Execution: Build a complete multi-screen mobile experience in React Native, including onboarding, interactive discovery feeds, profile creation, compatibility prompts, dynamic real-time chat, account settings, notifications, monetization UI, and feature gates. API Integration & State Management: Connect and consume REST APIs provided by our backend team. Manage state seamlessly across loading, error, empty, retry, permission-denied, and notification states. Testing & Beta Support: Participate in closed beta testing, resolve frontend and integration bugs, and push approved UI refinements. App Store & Play Store Deployment: Generate production release candidate builds (Android .aab & iOS .ipa), assist with app signing/provisioning, manage store submissions on Google Play Console and App Store Connect, and address any frontend issues during store review. Post-Launch Support: Provide 90 days of maintenance support after the app goes live on both stores to fix any critical UI defects or integration bugs. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience building and deploying production-ready React Native mobile apps on both iOS and Android stores. Strong expertise in API integration, session handling, and clean state management. Sharp eye for UI design: ability to strictly implement brand design tokens, color systems, custom styling, micro-copy, and layout typography. Hands-on experience with App Store Connect, TestFlight, Google Play Console, certificates, and app publication procedures. Clean code standards: modular component structure, zero hard-coded credentials, and proper error handling throughout.
