**Overview:** I am looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to build a lightweight, Mobile-Responsive Web Application (MVP). The core functionality allows users to capture or upload a product packaging photo, extract product details via Vision AI, cross-reference them with a relational database, and display status results. **Key Features & Requirements:** 1. **Front-End (Mobile Web):** Clean, minimal UI with photo capture/upload, a loading state animation, and a clear results screen displaying status badges and official external source links. 2. **Vision AI Integration:** Connecting to OpenAI (GPT-4o Vision) or Gemini API to extract text from product packaging images. 3. **API & Database Integration:** Converting identified product names via a public API and matching them against a database to determine status and conditions. 4. **Clean Code & Handover:** Source code deposited in GitHub, technical README documentation, and 100% IP ownership transfer. **Preferred Tech Stack:** * **Front-End:** React / Next.js / Flutter Web * **Back-End:** Python (FastAPI) / Node.js * **Database:** PostgreSQL / Firebase **Project Structure & Terms:** * This will be a **Fixed Price** project executed in 3 milestone deliverables. * Full project specifications and detailed business context will be shared after signing a standard Mutual NDA.
