Full-Stack Developer or Project Manager - Long-Term

We’re looking for a full-stack developer or project manager to join our growing team for a long-term collaboration. We want someone who takes ownership, leads projects proactively, and is excited to grow with the team. You should be comfortable joining client meetings, clarifying requirements, coordinating with the team, and driving projects through to successful delivery. We’re looking for someone who can communicate confidently with clients and keep projects moving without constant direction. **What we’re looking for:** - Relevant experience as a full-stack developer or project manager, with specific examples of projects you have led or delivered. - The ability to take ownership of requirements, timelines, communication, and outcomes. - Native-level English proficiency, equivalent to CEFR C2 or higher, with strong spoken and written communication skills. - Knowledge of software development is a strong plus. Experience with JavaScript, Python, C++, C#, Java, or similar languages is welcome but not required. **How to apply:** Describe your relevant experience in concrete terms. Explain what the projects involved, what you personally handled, how you worked with clients and developers, and what results you achieved. Include a **2–3 minute Loom video** briefly introducing yourself and walking us through your most relevant experience. Focus on your responsibilities, how you led the work, and the outcomes. If you’ve read this entire post, start your proposal with **“Apex.”** **A Loom video is mandatory. Applications without a Loom video will not be reviewed.**
