Full-Stack Developer — React + Node.js / Python Django

We are expanding our operations in Asia and are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join us on a long-term basis. We already have several internal and client-facing systems in production, so the work will involve a mix of maintaining existing services, developing new functionality, and gradually modernizing parts of our current technology stack. The projects vary in size and scope. Some tasks will involve relatively isolated features, while others will require working with larger CRM, ERP, and internal business systems. What you will work on • Maintain and extend existing web applications and backend services • Develop new frontend functionality using React • Build backend services using Node.js or Python/Django • Rewrite and migrate selected modules from legacy systems to a newer stack • Work with existing CRM and ERP platforms and their internal modules • Develop REST APIs and backend services for mobile applications • Integrate third-party services, payment systems, external APIs, and internal tools • Improve application performance, stability, and maintainability • Work with databases, data migrations, and existing business logic • Debug and improve production systems • Participate in architecture and technical decisions for new modules Preferred stack Frontend: • React • JavaScript / TypeScript • HTML / CSS Backend — strong experience with at least one of the following: • Node.js • Python / Django Additional experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, cloud infrastructure, Docker, and legacy system modernization will be a plus. What we're looking for We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with existing production systems rather than only building greenfield projects. You should be able to understand an unfamiliar codebase, work with existing business logic, suggest reasonable improvements, and gradually modernize systems without unnecessarily rewriting everything from scratch. Experience with CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, internal business systems, or complex web applications is highly relevant. This is not a one-time project. We expect a continuous flow of development tasks across several systems and are interested in building a long-term working relationship with the right developer.
