Full-Stack MERN Developer (Full-Time, Long-Term) – Join Existing ERP/CRM Project

We are looking for a dedicated MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to join our team on a full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term basis. We are actively developing a custom ERP / CRM system. You will be jumping into an existing codebase to collaborate on expanding features, improving system modules, and optimizing backend logic. Who We Are Looking For We prioritize technical logic, clean code, and problem-solving skills over strict years of experience: - Experienced / Senior Developers: You write scalable code, design resilient backend architecture, and can take complex feature requirements from design to completion independently. - Junior / High-Potential Developers: You have a strong grasp of core web development fundamentals (JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, database design) and a high drive to learn and contribute. 2. Tech Stack & System Focus - Frontend: React.js, state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand), Tailwind/CSS, responsive UI execution. - Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API architecture, complex business logic implementation. - Database: MongoDB, Mongoose schema modeling, aggregation pipelines, query optimization for reporting. - Tools: Git, GitHub workflows, asynchronous task tracking. 3.
