GOJ / GOJEP Procurement & Supplier Onboarding Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant or procurement professional to support our company in navigating the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) procurement environment, including the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) system and associated supplier prerequisites. The objective is to ensure our company is properly registered, compliant, and operationally prepared to participate in relevant GOJ procurement opportunities. Scope of Support The successful consultant will assist with: * Reviewing our current readiness to participate in GOJ procurement opportunities. * Identifying applicable supplier registration, certification, tax, statutory, and other prerequisite requirements. * Supporting onboarding and navigation of the GOJEP platform. * Guiding us through relevant registration and classification requirements, including those applicable to our service categories. * Developing a clear checklist and sequence of actions required to become procurement-ready. * Assisting with completion and submission of required registrations and supporting documentation. * Advising on common procurement requirements, timelines, renewal obligations, and potential administrative barriers. * Providing practical guidance when responding to our initial procurement opportunities. Ideal Experience We are particularly interested in someone with demonstrable experience working with: * Government of Jamaica procurement processes. * GOJEP supplier registration and tender participation. * GOJ supplier eligibility and compliance requirements. * Jamaican businesses seeking to provide professional or consulting services to government entities. * Preparation or administration of GOJ bids, tenders, RFQs, RFPs, or similar procurement exercises. This is intended to be a practical engagement rather than general procurement consulting. We are looking for someone who can help us understand the requirements, complete the necessary onboarding, and establish a repeatable process for future GOJ opportunities.
