Inspection Operations Coordinator (Offshore, US Hours)

We coordinate property inspections for US insurance carriers and MGAs. Looking for a phone-first coordinator to own cases end to end: recruit and confirm inspectors, chase scheduling, follow up with MGAs and property owners on fixed timelines, and send approved notices, logging as you go. Requirements: shift covering US business hours, fluent/confident spoken English, comfort with high-volume calling, strong process discipline, meticulous logging. Insurance, claims, or dispatch experience a plus. Ongoing work, clear 90-day ramp to full ownership.
