MEP Technical Designer (CAD, 3D, BIM)

ENERGERING Studio, a new design and development company, is focused on engineering solutions and services, providing technical development and implementation of products, systems and processes with a particular focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and the development of innovative solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications. We are looking for a passionate technical designer for continuous support to our technical team. The candidate will take care of layout and design mainly about MEP system, with particular focus to thermal and electrical plants. The scope of activity will be focused on MEP: - Design and layout of conduits, manhole, cockpit etc. in commercial and industrial applications - Design and layout of lights, switches, sockets, DATA, Videosurveillance, firefighting - Bill of materials - Design of object and components - Preparation of blocks (CAD) and families (BIM) also parametric - MEP design in REVIT - Review of documents accoringly to client comments - Programming capabilities i Python will be considered as a plus. Activities will be carried on Autocad, Revit, Fusion This is a contract to hire opportunity. Working time is flexible among 7:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m Italian Time, working hours are 6h/day which might be increased over time in case of continuity and preparation.
