The ideal candidate has strong backend and frontend development experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the communication skills needed to collaborate effectively with an international team. We are looking for someone who can contribute to real-world projects, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and build a long-term professional relationship with our team. Required Qualifications At least 4 years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in Python, particularly Django and FastAPI. Solid experience with JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on frontend development experience with React and Next.js. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Experience with AI-powered applications, including LLMs, RAG, or related AI integrations. Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Git, testing, debugging, and clean coding practices. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a development team. English Communication Clear and professional English communication is essential for this role. B2 English proficiency is the minimum requirement. C1 proficiency is strongly preferred. C2 proficiency is a significant advantage. Comfortable participating in technical discussions, video meetings, and regular project updates. Availability for reasonable working-hour overlap with US Eastern Time. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with the following technologies is a bonus, but not mandatory: Angular or Vue.js Java / Spring Boot C# / .NET Ruby on Rails AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Vector databases, AI agents, or advanced LLM integrations Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Integrate third-party services and AI-powered functionality. Collaborate with the US-based client to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions. Troubleshoot issues, improve application performance, and maintain code quality. Provide clear progress updates and meet agreed project milestones.
