Need Python Automation Engineer

I need a python script to be automated. One of my freelancers has developed a scalping script (work can be seen in the video attached). The project is available with respective python script, and I also have VPS and proxies, if needed for the project. Please go through the video, and let me know if you can automated it. Basic need is optimization of script, so that multiple instances can be run and data scalped using multiple browser windows. Also, the end expectation is to have a .csv file to database to be created (in English) which can later be indexed, and also searched. In case you have any other idea for this purpose which can work better or have any more questions or feel budget is too low, then do get back.
