Founding Software Engineer (Full-Stack, Frontend-heavy) Fully Remote — LATAM Region Only About the role We're looking for a hands-on Founding Software Engineer who wants real ownership from day one. You'll work closely with the founding team, shape the product, and have a direct impact on both technical decisions and user experience. This is a full-stack role with a strong frontend focus. Ideal for someone who enjoys moving fast, solving complex problems, and building products end-to-end. Responsibilities Build and improve core product features using Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python Own frontend architecture and deliver high-quality, performant user interfaces Collaborate closely with the team on product decisions and technical direction Move quickly, iterate based on feedback, and ship meaningful improvements Contribute to both frontend and backend as needed Requirements Strong experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Solid full-stack skills (comfortable with Python on the backend) Proven experience building real products (not just features) Ability to work independently and take ownership Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment Nice to have Experience in early-stage startups or founding teams Strong product sense and attention to UX details Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and best practices What we offer Fully remote work Real ownership and influence from day one Direct impact on the product and technical decisions Opportunity to shape both the product and engineering culture If you like building products, moving fast, and having a meaningful impact — we'd love to hear from you.
