Senior Back-end developer Python, Django

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our web application. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for building robust, secure, and highly performant backend APIs, designing seamless frontend user experiences, and ensuring smooth deployment pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development: Design and build scalable, secure, and clean RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints using FastAPI or Django.Frontend Development: Create responsive, intuitive, and modular user interfaces using React.js. Database Management: Architect and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and implement caching/NoSQL solutions (Redis/MongoDB) where necessary. Architecture & Optimization: Optimize application performance, resolve bottleneck issues, write clean, testable code, and ensure high test coverage (PyTest/Jest). Cloud & DevOps: Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Required Skills & Qualifications Python Mastery: 5+ years of professional backend experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Modern Frontend: 3+ years of production experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (specifically React). State Management & Async: Strong understanding of asynchronous programming in Python, state management in the frontend, and background task queues. Databases: Advanced knowledge of SQL, ORMs (Django ORM), query optimization, and indexing. DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud deployment. Soft Skills: Excellent written communication, ability to work independently, and strong system design thinking
