Senior Data / Cloud Engineer – Part-Time Technical & Job Support

We are looking for an experienced Data/Cloud Engineer to provide ongoing technical and job support for a project involving AWS, Data Engineering, Automation, and LLM/API integrations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience and be comfortable providing practical guidance, troubleshooting issues, reviewing implementations, and helping complete day-to-day technical tasks. Key Technologies * AWS / Amazon S3 * Apache Airflow * Python * SQL * ETL / Data Pipelines * Databricks * Terraform * Git / GitHub repositories * REST APIs / API integrations * LLM / LLM Suite APIs * Moveworks * Confluence What We Need Support With The selected engineer will: * Provide approximately 2 hours of support per day, based on tasks and project requirements. * Be available for support during UK working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time). * Provide hands-on guidance for daily engineering tasks. * Help design, build, troubleshoot, and improve data pipelines and workflows. * Support Python, SQL, ETL, Airflow, AWS/S3, and Databricks-related tasks. * Assist with Terraform and infrastructure-related requirements. * Support API development, integrations, and troubleshooting. * Provide guidance on LLM APIs and Moveworks-related integrations. * Review code and Git/GitHub repositories when required. * Help troubleshoot technical issues and suggest practical solutions. * Be available to provide guidance during technical discussions when required. Experience Required * Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience. * Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, AWS, Airflow and ETL/Data Engineering. * Good experience with Databricks and Terraform. * Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations. * Experience working with LLM/Generative AI APIs is highly preferred. * Moveworks experience would be a strong advantage. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to explain solutions clearly and provide practical, hands-on guidance. Engagement Duration: Ongoing / Long-term
Commitment: Approximately 2 hours per day, task-based
Availability: Must be available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM UK time when support is required
