Senior Full-Stack Developer — Insurance CRM SaaS (React Frontend Complete)

Follow Up Only — Sales CRM Short Description We've built a working React prototype of **Follow Up Only** — a sales CRM built around one idea: salespeople should spend their time following up, not managing software. The UI is complete. We need a senior full-stack developer to wire it to a real backend — authentication, database, Stripe subscriptions, email integrations (Gmail/Outlook OAuth), and deployment. **Apply with examples of SaaS products you've shipped end-to-end.** --- ---Project Overview We have a fully designed and functional React/TypeScript frontend prototype for a SaaS CRM built specifically for sales professionals. The product is focused on: * Follow-up pipeline management * Team statistics * Physical mail follow-ups * Close rate tracking ---What's Already Done The entire frontend is built and polished in **React + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS**, including: * Leads table * Pipeline view * Team stats * KPI metrics * Landing page with dynamic pricing * Settings * Calculator * Gifting system ---What Needs to Be Built ---Backend & Database * Backend API using Node.js/Express or similar * PostgreSQL or equivalent database * Real-time lead and notes persistence, replacing current localStorage * Multi-tenant architecture: one account = one sales organization with multiple salespeople ---Authentication * User authentication with JWT * Role-based access: * Admin * Salesperson ---Payments Stripe integration for: * Monthly subscriptions * Annual subscriptions * Lifetime deal ---Email Integration * Gmail OAuth * Outlook OAuth * Users need to be able to send emails directly from the CRM ---Deployment Deployment pipeline, preferably: * Vercel + Railway * Or similar infrastructure ---Developer Requirements We're looking for a **senior full-stack developer who has shipped SaaS products independently.** You should: * Be comfortable owning backend architecture decisions * Have experience with Stripe integrations * Have experience with OAuth integrations * Be able to work from an existing frontend without needing design direction * Have TypeScript experience Figma experience is not required. ---Project Status This is a real product with a pre-launch customer list. **We are ready to start immediately with the right developer.** We move fast and communicate directly. **Serious candidates will be given access to the working prototype to review before submitting a proposal.** ---Budget & Milestones **Budget: $15,000–$20,000 depending on experience.** Work will be structured into **3–4 paid milestones.** ---Important: Gmail OAuth Verification The Gmail OAuth integration requires Google to review and verify the app before real users can connect their accounts. This process can take approximately **2–6 weeks** and is independent of the developer's skill.
