Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js / Supabase) for AI-First Automation Platform

We're building an AI operations platform for small businesses and the agencies that serve them: AI receptionists across phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email and web chat, lead follow-up, booking, reporting, and full migration of a client's existing tech stack onto our platform. Most of our code is written by an autonomous multi-agent AI development pipeline. We are looking for the senior engineer who owns that pipeline and everything it ships. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Run the AI development pipeline day to day: turn product ideas into plans, feed them through the agents, review every diff that comes out, fix what the agents get wrong, and decide what is good enough to release. - Be the quality gate. You will catch security holes, cross-tenant data leaks, bad migrations and logic that passes tests but does the wrong thing, before any client sees it. - Improve the pipeline itself: prompts, plans, test coverage, model routing, release checks. - Own client onboarding: map each new client's existing stack (CRM, phone system, booking tool, Zapier/Make/n8n, GoHighLevel and similar), plan the migration, rebuild it on our platform, test it end to end, and watch the first weeks live. - Be the second person who understands the whole system. Today that is one person. You make it two. OUR STACK TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase/Postgres (RLS, migrations), Vercel, Inngest, Python scripting, Twilio, Slack and Stripe APIs, Claude and OpenAI APIs. YOU SHOULD HAVE - 5+ years shipping production SaaS, with at least one product you can show us. - Strong Postgres and TypeScript. You can read an RLS policy and a migration and spot what is wrong. - Daily, heavy use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar). You already build most of your code with agents and your real skill is judging and fixing what they produce. - Real integration experience: webhooks, OAuth, CRMs, phone systems, booking tools, automation platforms. - Clear written English. You will write plans, release notes and client-facing migration docs. - Comfortable owning outcomes with little supervision. Small team, no layers. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Twilio voice, or Meta messaging APIs. - You have run or built a multi-agent AI workflow before.
