Services Website with Contract Dashboard

I need a services website built, through which payments can be made, along with a full tech stack appropriate for managing a website which promotes document/content service. I need the site connected to an appropriate database, a simple Contract Dashboard built for use by clients and myself, which tracks metadata (Contract Name, Parties, Start Date, End Date, Renewal Deadline, and Status) and sets automated reminders or views so the client only sees contracts expiring in the next 30 days; I need it connected to a free or low monthly-cost Drafting & E-Sign Engine - it needs to allow creation of a library of Master Templates, such that when a client needs a contract, I can clone the template, fill in the custom variables, and send it for signature; I need the site connected to a workflow tool such as Zapier or Make.com such that when a contract is signed by the client, it automatically saves the document into the client's Google Drive folder, and a "renewal date" is automatically added to a shared Google Calendar, mimicking the automation of a CLM.
