The first few seconds (as much as 15 seconds) of our inbound and outbound calls are having a bad connection. We aim to trouble-shoot with multiple members of our team, in Philippines, US and Mexico, to see if the issue lies on our end or with the CRM. If the issue lies on our end, we need to ensure we are doing everything we can to mitigate the issue.
