Web Application Bug Fix & WhatsApp API Automation

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to quickly resolve a specific issue in our web application and set up a basic WhatsApp API automation. This short-term project consists of two clear, targeted deliverables: Bug Fix: Troubleshoot and fix an issue in our web app where backend user sessions or system requests drop unexpectedly. WhatsApp Automation: Set up a lightweight automated WhatsApp notification trigger (using APIs like Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or UltraMsg) whenever a specific user action occurs in our database (e.g., sending an order status update or welcome message). Deliverables: Identify and resolve the root cause of the application error. Integrate and test a functional WhatsApp notification workflow for 1 specific system trigger. Ensure clean, secure code with proper error handling and logging. Provide a brief setup note for managing API keys in the system environment configuration. Requirements: Proven experience in backend web development, relational databases (e.g., MySQL), and RESTful API integrations. Direct experience integrating third-party messaging APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, or webhooks). Ability to test, verify, and deploy the fix within 24–48 hours of hire.
