We're Hiring: NestJS Lead (Contract – 3 Months)

We're looking for an experienced NestJS Lead to join our team and lead the backend development of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Role & Responsibilities Lead the backend architecture and development using NestJS, Next.js, and TypeScript Design and develop secure, scalable REST APIs Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, QA, and product teams Review code, mentor developers, and enforce engineering best practices Optimize application performance, security, and database design Drive timely delivery while maintaining high code quality Requirements 5+ years of backend development experience Strong expertise in NestJS, Next.js, and TypeScript Experience designing enterprise-grade backend systems Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL Experience with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control Familiarity with Redis, queues, Docker, and CI/CD Strong understanding of system architecture and API design Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Prior experience with Healthcare, LIMS, EMR/EHR, or other regulated enterprise systems is a strong advantage Project Details Project: Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Duration: 3 Months (Extension possible based on performance) Location: Remote Joining: Immediate Employment Type: Contract Compensation: Industry standard.
