WordPress Automation Specialist | GoHighLevel CRM, Forms, Webhooks & Email Automation

We are looking for an experienced WordPress and GoHighLevel (GHL) developer to build and integrate a reliable lead-generation and automation system. The goal is to connect our WordPress website with GoHighLevel so that leads are captured, organized, and followed up automatically. We need someone who understands both WordPress development and CRM automation—not just basic form integration. Scope of work Integrate WordPress forms and landing pages with GoHighLevel CRM. Set up lead capture, contact creation, and automated follow-up workflows. Configure webhooks and API integrations where required. Connect form submissions to the correct GHL pipelines, tags, and custom fields. Set up email and SMS automation sequences. Troubleshoot existing WordPress and GHL integrations. Ensure data is transferred correctly between WordPress and GoHighLevel. Test the complete workflow and fix any errors. Provide clear documentation of the setup. Requirements Strong experience with WordPress development. Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM and workflow automation. Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Experience with PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress form systems. Ability to troubleshoot integration and automation issues. Good communication and attention to detail.
