WordPress Developer for Recruitment Site

Rebuilding our recruitment firm's site from Sourceflow to self-hosted WordPress. We own our domain (GoDaddy) and are hiring dev + designer separately. AI dev tools make this a one-person job. Scope includes building from Figma, job listings, SEO, and content migration. Requirements: 3+ yrs WordPress, AI coding tools, AEO knowledge, Figma handoff, and good English. Preferred location: Eastern Europe. Fixed price, 8-wk contract, reviewed week 4. Pay 30% start, 30% week-4, 40% launch. NDA required.
