WordPress & MemberPress Freelancer for Maintenance and Server Support

We are looking for an experienced WordPress freelancer to provide ongoing website support, troubleshooting and monthly maintenance across multiple client websites. This is a long-term freelance opportunity for someone who can handle both WordPress administration and server-level issues. You must also be familiar with MemberPress and available for occasional weekend work when urgent issues arise. Responsibilities include: * Troubleshooting WordPress website errors and critical issues * Managing WordPress core, theme and plugin updates * Supporting MemberPress memberships, access rules, subscriptions and account issues * Diagnosing plugin and theme conflicts * Handling hosting and server-related problems * Reviewing error logs and identifying the source of website issues * Managing backups, staging environments, SSL and PHP settings * Monitoring website security, uptime and performance * Performing scheduled monthly website maintenance * Testing websites after updates * Preparing clear monthly maintenance reports * Responding to occasional urgent or weekend support requests Requirements: * Strong WordPress development and troubleshooting experience * Proven experience working with MemberPress * Experience with cPanel, hosting dashboards, databases, DNS, SSL, PHP and server logs * Familiarity with website security, malware issues and recovery * Ability to safely update and test live websites * Strong communication and documentation skills * Reliable availability during the week * Willingness to assist with occasional weekend issues * Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines IMPORTANT: This position is for an individual freelancer only.
