360° Leadership Feedback + Coaching Module for an Existing React/Firebase Platform

We’re looking for an experienced developers to build a customisable 360° leadership feedback module inside our existing coaching platform. The module needs to connect to our AI coach and produce a practical development plan. Please send a fixed-price quote and your earliest realistic delivery date. Tech stack: React (Vite), Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting) and the OpenAI API. React and Firebase experience is essential. The user journey Assessment → feedback report → coaching conversation → approved development plan → progress review Spidergap is a reference for the workflow and reporting only. The design and questions will be our own. Phase 1: first release (priority) Customisable assessment: a default questionnaire, with admins able to edit competencies, questions, rating scales and branding, and save templates Feedback collection: self-assessment, invites to managers, peers and direct reports, email reminders, autosave, completion tracking, and a mobile rater survey with no login Results: self vs others by competency and rater group, strengths, development priorities, written comments, an on-screen dashboard and a branded PDF report AI coaching hand-off: results flow into our existing AI coach, which helps the leader choose 1–2 development priorities. All AI output must be grounded in the actual aggregated results. Development plan: an editable 30/60/90-day plan with goals, actions, success measures and deadlines, which the leader approves Privacy: Each organisation’s data kept separate Permission-based access to reports A minimum of 3 responses per rater group before scores show Server-side aggregation Comments shown unattributed No individual responses passed to the AI Phase 2 (quote separately) Weekly check-ins and reminders Action tracking Follow-up pulse assessment Team and organisation dashboards Advanced report customisation Timing This is urgent.
