AI Agent Engineer (Paperclip AI, Node.js, Claude) to Automate Local Newsletter

I run a local media brand with 140,000+ Facebook followers, generating 30 million monthly views. We are launching a twice-a-week Beehiiv newsletter and need a high-level backend/AI developer to build our autonomous content and sales engine. We are NOT looking for a basic Zapier/Make.com integration. We are building a multi-agent orchestration system using Paperclip AI, Node.js, and the Claude Code CLI. I have the exact standard operating procedures, prompts, and architectural blueprints ready to go. I just need a skilled developer to build the infrastructure, write the scrapers, and configure the agents. The Tech Stack: - Paperclip AI (Orchestration framework) - Node.js (Server environment) - Claude API (Opus / Sonnet for agent logic) - Gemini API (For ad creative image generation) - APIs: Beehiiv, Typeform, Slack - Google Workspace CLI (GWS CLI for automated email drafting) Project Deliverables (Configuring 4 Core Agents): 1. The CEO Agent Acts as the orchestrator to assign tasks to sub-agents. Pulls weekly metrics from Beehiiv and Stripe and posts a summary to our Slack channel. 2. The Growth Engineer Agent (Data Pipeline) Builds custom web scrapers to pull events and news from specific Chicago sources (Subreddits, Eventbrite, local theater calendars, JS-rendered sites). Creates a "Merge Engine" to deduplicate events and write them to a clean, canonical JSONL database. 3. The Content Director Agent Reads the local JSONL database to curate and draft our Tuesday (History) and Thursday (Weekend Planner) newsletters. Formats the output in Markdown and pushes it to Beehiiv as a Draft via API. Generates Instagram weekend event captions based on the database. 4. The Sales Director Agent Monitors a Typeform via API for inbound advertiser leads. Fetches live Beehiiv stats (sub count, open rate) and looks up our CPM pricing table. Drafts personalized Gmail replies to leads via GWS CLI. Runs an "Ad Concept Generator" skill that scrapes a prospect's website, extracts brand colors/fonts, and uses the Gemini API to generate an HTML mockup of 5 potential ad creatives. Requirements: Strong experience with Node.js, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering. Experience writing robust web scrapers (including dealing with JS-rendered sites like React/Vue). Comfortable running local/cloud servers and working with CLI tools. Long-Term Opportunity: While this is a project to build "Phase 1", I am looking for a long-term technical partner (a "Fractional CTO").
