AI Developer – Voice AI & Conversational AI Solutions About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to design and build advanced Voice AI solutions for real-world business applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing multilingual AI voice agents that can handle natural conversations, understand customer intent, and integrate with business systems. This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing work on multiple AI products. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop AI-powered voice agents capable of handling inbound phone calls. * Build multilingual conversational AI that can communicate naturally in multiple languages. * Develop AI workflows that can: * Answer customer enquiries. * Guide customers through service or product options. * Share menus, pricing, or available services. * Take customer orders. * Book appointments or table reservations. * Collect customer details and confirmations. * Integrate Voice AI with CRMs, booking systems, POS platforms, calendars, and APIs. * Improve conversation quality using prompt engineering and LLMs. * Implement speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies. * Test, optimise, and continuously improve conversation accuracy and user experience. Required Skills * Strong experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar). * Experience building Voice AI applications using platforms such as Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, ElevenLabs, LiveKit, or Twilio. * Experience with speech recognition and speech synthesis. * Backend development experience (Python, Node.js, or similar). * API integration experience. * Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent orchestration. * Experience deploying scalable AI solutions to cloud platforms. Preferred Experience * Restaurant ordering systems. * Appointment and reservation platforms. * Customer support automation. * Voice AI analytics and monitoring. * Workflow automation using tools such as n8n, Make, or LangGraph. Deliverables The successful candidate should be able to deliver production-ready AI voice solutions that can: * Handle natural phone conversations. * Support multiple languages. * Understand customer intent. * Process orders and bookings. * Integrate with existing business systems. * Escalate complex scenarios when required.
