AI Document Analysis Tool for Construction Payments

We are building a small functional demo of an AI SaaS product for UK construction subcontractors. The user will upload a construction contract PDF and a payment application PDF, with optional supporting documents. The AI should compare the documents and identify potential payment risks including deadlines, missing required documents, retention discrepancies, notice/procedural requirements, and inconsistencies between the contract and payment application. A critical requirement is evidence: each important finding should reference the relevant source document, page and section where possible. The AI must not guess. When information cannot be verified, it should clearly state “Unable to verify”. Demo scope only: PDF Upload → AI Analysis → Risk Report → Source Evidence. No Xero, Sage, Gmail or other integrations are required at this stage. Please provide your fixed price, estimated delivery time, proposed AI/document-processing approach, examples of similar projects, and confirmation that full source code will be delivered to us. Budget: up to $1,000 for this initial demo. If successful, we intend to continue development into a full SaaS MVP.
