AI Engineer for Multi-Agent Engine

We need an AI engineer to build a standalone, modular multi-agent engine with a simple REST API (FastAPI) that integrates with our existing backend and future apps. The system should handle parallel research, self-verify findings, synthesize cited reports, and support outreach with capped follow-ups. You will implement stateful orchestration, parallel sub-task execution, search API integration, data scraping, verification loops, and structured report generation. The solution should also include outreach message drafting, scheduled follow-ups, and clean FastAPI endpoints for job triggering, result fetching, and backend sync. Please deliver a modular Python codebase with .env configuration, guardrails, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
