AI-Native Product Engineer — Replit / Full-Stack / React / TypeScript: Self-Development App

FRQNCY is a live AI-powered identity transformation and manifestation app with thousands of paying users. The app helps users identify subconscious blocks, understand the gap between their current identity and Future Self, and stay consistent with the person they want to become through personalised onboarding, AI guidance, recalibration tools, daily tasks, notifications and progress tracking. We’re looking for an AI-Native Product Engineer whose main responsibility is simple: make the product better, quickly. You’ll work directly on the live FRQNCY product, building new features, improving existing ones, fixing bugs and turning product ideas into working experiences used by thousands of customers. What You’ll Work On * Building new FRQNCY features from idea to production * Improving and fixing existing features * AI-powered user experiences and conversational interfaces * Personalised onboarding and user journeys * Future Self and AI chat experiences * Recalibration tools * Daily tasks and progress tracking * Push notifications * Subscription and paywall experiences * React/Vite frontend development * Node.js/Express APIs * PostgreSQL * Integrations including RevenueCat, Stripe, Supabase, OneSignal and multiple AI providers How We Work We move extremely quickly and use AI coding tools heavily. You should be highly capable with tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Replit Agent, Kimi or similar and know how to use them to dramatically increase development speed. However, we are not looking for someone who blindly relies on AI-generated code. You must understand what you’re shipping, diagnose root causes, test your own work and verify that features actually work for users in production. You should be able to take a product requirement, understand the desired user experience and independently turn it into a working feature without needing every implementation step explained to you. You Should Have * Strong React experience * Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience * Node.js/Express experience * PostgreSQL and API experience * Strong Replit experience * Experience with Git/GitHub * Extensive experience using AI coding agents * Experience shipping real products used by real customers * Ability to debug across frontend, backend, database and third-party integrations * Strong product judgement * Ability to move quickly without sacrificing production quality This is a high-ownership role. We want someone who thinks like a product builder, not simply someone completing development tickets. What Success Looks Like Features move from idea to production significantly faster, broken or incomplete experiences get resolved quickly, regressions decrease, and AI tools increase our development velocity without reducing quality. Ultimately, the founder should be able to explain what the product needs to do, and you should be capable of figuring out how to build and ship it.
