Our operational architecture prioritizes leveraging **existing workflow templates** (e.g., ComfyUI graph templates / MiniMax JSON API task templates) as a baseline, followed by targeted custom node/script modifications to maximize engineering velocity. --- ### Key Responsibilities **1. Template-Driven Resolution & Up-Scaling Strategy** * Deploy standard MiniMax H3 template nodes/API payloads at native base resolutions (768p/1080p). * Customize downstream processing by connecting low-latency AI upscaling nodes (e.g., Real-ESRGAN, CodeFormer, Topaz CLI) to benchmark cost and render-time trade-offs across 1K, 2K, and 4K output formats. **2. Long-Form Sequence Orchestration (30s – 10mins)** * Extend out-of-the-box MiniMax H3 First/Last Frame and Reference-to-Video templates to construct continuous 30-to-60 second multi-shot sequences. * Implement minor custom control logic (e.g., latent extension hooks, image-to-video framing loops, or omni-reference prompts) to eliminate visual drift and character inconsistency across shot transitions. **3.
